If you made your purchase through the Apple store, Youper doesn’t have access to the Apple billing management system. As a result, we're unable to assist with granting refunds on purchases made through the Apple Stores. You can follow these instructions to start the refund process on the stores:
If you made your purchase using your credit card directly on our website or app, we are only able to provide a refund if the request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
To request a refund, please send a message to customer support with your registered email address, and we will look into your subscription details and further guide you with the cancellation/refund.
It is very important that you provide us with your Youper receipt that you received by email. Unfortunately, bank statements or other screenshots of text messages do not provide the transaction numbers needed for us to locate your subscription information.
Remember:
- You can cancel your subscription at any point to stop any future payments. To avoid being charged again at your renewal date (or at the end of your free trial period), be sure to cancel your subscription or trial at least 24 hours beforehand with the instructions left at the bottom of this page.
- Uninstalling Youper from your devices does not automatically cancel your subscription.
- Our Support Team is unable to manage subscriptions purchased through the Apple or Google Play Store and cannot cancel those subscriptions, make any changes or issue refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple Store.
