Sometimes at support we may be prompted to provide your User ID. This helps us to be able to pinpoint that we are indeed looking at your correct account as some users throughout time open more than one Youper account with different email addresses.
You can locate your User ID by going to:
History > Settings > My Account and copy the User ID in the field at the very bottom
Your current Youper version is located in the settings tab if you scroll down to the very bottom. You’ll see it right below the Social Media icons.
