If you are experiencing an issue with Youper we may ask you to clear the cache as this often contributes to solving problems.
Below are the steps needed to do this:
- Open the Settings of your phone.
- Tap the Storage menu point to open its settings page.
- Tap the Other Apps menu point to see a list of your installed apps.
- Find Youper in that list to clear the cache.
- Tap the Clear cache button.
